Among the other tenants are PowerHouse’s Loeb & Loeb and Pharmaceutical Bristol Myers Squib to Wafra, an investment company supported by the General Retirement Fund in Kuwait.

Rodin referred all requests to comment on Monday to the New York Police Department.
