A survey conducted by the Tocker Research for the annual trend report of the Vitamin Shop shows how deeply the AI people are involved in the health routine of AI:
- 31% of AI uses to detect specific medical concerns.

The trend is part of a big picture. The whole 73% of Americans want to stay up to date with the latest Trend of health?? And% 68% of people believe that AI will play a big role in the future of health.
Shows other conclusions in the trend report:
- Five years ago, 51% are more aware of peptides.
- 66% of their diet is adding more protein.
- Prioritize 54% sleep and rest on workouts.
- 44% are creating peace with aging, while only 21 people actively try to fight it.
These changes reflect a comprehensive view of health that balances physical, mental and emotional health.

Supplements live in the middle of the day. About 69% of the Americans currently take them. And with new distribution options such as gummies, chews and liquids, 34% of people say that sticking with a supplementary plan is now easier than ever. Meanwhile, young customers are gaining popularity in time-tested adaptogen like Shilajit. And for the longevity, peptides are looking at the increasing demand for innovation and recovery such as NAD+.
