Accidents were reported after shooting on Georgia Military Base

Officers are searching for Active Quival Shooter on the Lockdown of the United States in Georgia of the United States.

A Facebook post at the bottom of the military states that the site was closed at 11:04 EST (16:04 GMT) and said that “accidents were recorded”.

It is unclear how many people were shot or injured in a Wednesday shooting at Fort Stewart 240 miles (6866 km) of Atlanta.

“We are currently evaluating the situation, but we can confirm the active shooters,” Lt. Col. Angel Tomko told the Associated press, “but we can confirm the active shooters.”

Georgia Governor Brian Camp said they were “in close contact” with law enforcement on the ground.

“We are keeping all the answers to the victims, their family and their hearts and prayers to serve in prayers, and we ask Georgiens to do the same everywhere,” he wrote on Twitter.

Congress member Buddy Carter, who includes Fort Stewart in the district, said he was “examining the situation”.

“Please join the prayers of their families, the accident of the brave law enforcement officers working to protect my community,” he wrote on Twitter.
