The Broncos coach, Sean Bayton, trusts the young Qurtbbeck – a lot of it.

“It will be one of the four or five league players in the next two years,” Payton said in an interview with Yahoo Sport Charles Robinson. “This is what we see now. It does not take bags. Nix showed some massive gifts as a rising, as he finished 17 games with 3,775 yards, 29 declines and 12 objections, adding 430 yards and four land touch on the ground as well.

In college, Nix spent three seasons in Oporn and two with Oregon.

His last season was with ducks when he truly exploded to stardom, where he threw 45 touching land with only three objections on its way to the end of the Heisman Cup in third place. Nix led the nation to complete and finish at 364 and 77.4, respectively.

While the twelfth choice was in the 2024 draft, there are still five other midfielders – Calip Williams, Jayden Daniels, Drake Mai, Michael Pence and Ji Ji McCarthy.
