Cameron Brink returns to Sparks one year after the devastating injury
After eliminating the last evaluation year on the margin, Cameron Brink returns to the event.
Sparks star plans to make her season for the first time on Tuesday night against Aceses, John W. Davis told the Long Beach Press-Telegram on Monday.
“This means the world,” said Brenk. “I am very excited, very modest of this experience. It is not easy to return from it.”
Brenk, Selection No. 2 General in the 2024 WNBA draft, played only 15 games before suffering from ACL tear on June 18, 2024, which is what Cutting the rising season is short.
The striker, who is 6 feet and 4 feet in rehabilitation, was working on a return throughout the first half of this year, as she played sparks to a 11-14 record.
Before Los Angeles played freedom in Brooklyn on Saturday, Brenk told correspondents that she was medically cleared but was still “getting actors” and “returning to speed with everyone.”
Her position in the injury from “Out” was upgraded to “doubtful” before the game of freedom, but she did not play in the competition, which La 101-99 won in a disgusting style.

Brenk said she would need some time to reshape her game to live, but she hopes her defense, in particular, will be an immediate effect.
“I feel my defense was always something that I bend over … but maybe I gave myself patience with the attack, knowing that it will come in the end,” Brenk said. “But both of them will need some work, certainly.”
In 15 games played last season, Brenk’s average reached 7.5 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2.3 blocks per game.
Before that, it was a dominant force in Stanford, with an average of 14.0 points, 11.9 rebounds and 3.1 blocks across its four seasons.
She won a national championship in its first year with Cardinal in 2020-21 and was the first team of all Americans in both America, with an average of 17.4 points and the nation was led in blocks per game (3.7).
