Flood traps in New York City is almost distorted, other vehicles on Queens Highway, where the governor of Hitchol announces a state of emergency

A highway in Queens was left underwater, semi-vehicle and other vehicles, on Thursday afternoon when the heavy rain stormed the area-which prompted the governor of Hitchol to announce the emergency statement to Big Apple.
Frankly flooding shots were published on parts of Clearview Expressway, near Northern Boulevard Street, on X and the highway was closed later in both directions, according to NYPD.
The photos circulated on social media, taken from a traffic camera, show at least two cars that are completely mired in water that rises to the 18 -wheel truck door that appears to be parked.
It is not clear whether the besieged vehicles are busy.
Heavy thunderstorms rolled to the New York City area on Thursday afternoon, and widespread forecasts and up to 5 inches of rain were expected in parts of the area.
Hochol declared a state of emergency with the opening of the sky.
The ruler wrote on X. “It is expected that heavy rains and potential floods will affect the transportation of the evening. Employers are encouraged to refuse employees early.”
