The singer referred to her divorce in her music, especially in 2023 Songs “Lee” and “I”. She also reviewed the lyrics of the song Jail and Olivia Rodrigo “ABCDEFU” during a presentation on her dialogue program.
She sang, “Forget you and your father / and the fact that you got half of my heart / turned this (obscene) into art,” which seemed to hint to the settlement of divorce. The settlement included one batch for more than a million dollars and additional payments for the wife and the child.
In an interview with Zane Lowe from Apple Music June 2023The Grammy winner described the division as “liberation”.
