
Mark Maron announces the retirement of popular ‘WTF’ podcast after 16 years

Stand-up Comedian and Podcast Host Mark Maron On Thursday, CNN told him why he was retiring his popular podcast.
“WTF with Mark Maron” Podcast Liberal and Host Maron told CNN anchor John Burman and Kate Bolduan that he was just moderate and he mentioned that the podcast was oversatcher and had a negative edge.
“I don’t want to chase cultural conversation through clickbite and waste. You know, I don’t want to be tight,” said Maron.

“And now you are getting out of the way when everyone’s 100% of the people wondered that podcasts are deciding the future of American elections and mankind. Right? Then why just come out when everyone caught you?” Burman asked.
16 years later, in June, he declared that he was retiring of podcasts, he told anchor that he had no intention of being about politics and he thought he had driven his way.
“And we have chosen to do not really politics and just a kind of profile and a kind of conversation,” he said, describing how he originally established this program. “And we were the audio, and we reside the audio because we believe it is most intimate, you know, the form.”
He continued, realizing that he is satisfied with how much material the show has created and he wants to get out with many other podcasters competing on that scene.

“And, if we stop and at this stage, we will know that you have its own work that stands on its own. And yes, podcast is a new medium, which means that there are 10,000 podcasts. Everyone is doing one, and this is just a little confused and oversaturated.”
“Whatever we did. It wasn’t really about money. It was about creating a unique and interesting event. And there is no reason to keep the plugging as you could do it,” Maron further said.
Bolduan followed up by asking what he feels about podcasting today. Maron said that he has allowed many podcasters to establish their own “Little Shobizness Empire” and have given people the freedom to use “for evil.”
They said, “So, I can be used for bad or bad as any medium,” he said. “So, I said, you know. What are you going to do? But the media landscape is working.”

Maron continued, “Look, in some ways and – but in some areas, people are doing really interesting things.”
Although Maron did not specify what this “cultural deformity” is, but he has previously called the podcaster who supported the chairman for the right thinking and the chairman. Donald Trump??
