I (32F) live with my husband and dog, Bruno, a 4 -year -old rescue that has become like a family for me. My mother -in -law (MIL) has always made comments on how to deal with things like, “it’s just a dog”, or “you treat it better than most people treat their children.” I tried to ignore it. I thought she did not understand how she had it for me.
Last month, she came to stay with us for a week. Initially, everything looked well. She even pretended to be nice with Bruno. But one day, I went home from work, and said.
Baladi’s inclination? Chopping is completely bodied.
I asked about Bruno’s place, and without tearing of anxiety, she said: “Oh, it seemed as if he needed some fresh air, so I allowed him to go out. It is not supposed to be dogs inside anyway.”
I felt panic. She escaped in search of him – no wheel, no idea about where she took it. It seems that she had linked him a few buildings, believing that he was sitting and waiting. But Bruno has chewed through the wheel and disappeared.
I was sad. grouchy. I spent hours searching. Fortunately, one of the neighbors discovered it near their courtyard, afraid but safe.
On the same night, I asked Mil to leave. I could not look at it. She never apologized.
