At the end of last week, my sister hosted a small husband in the pool while we were not present. When we got the next day, my daughter ran to seize her float and found her half, and she was demolished on one side, and stuffed behind the shed like the garbage.
No one said a word. Not a text, not a note, not even sorry. My daughter’s face collapsed when she saw that. She didn’t even cry – she looked at me and asked her, “Why does someone do that?”
