Pretending “Boredom” Tim Bradley: Why Bruce Carrington’s Corrupting victory over Mateus Heita creates doubts about his potential
Tim Bradley blames Bruce Carrington’s non -list last Saturday night against Mateus Heita on him as “bored inside the ring ” Because it’s too easy for him. It didn’t seem to be boredom.
Bradley’s defensive spin
The fans saw fear in the eyes of Carrington, as he was stalked by a relentless, hungry predator, Mateus Heit (14-1, 9 kos), who was not going to give up. Bradley sounds like a classic example of a person giving a spiral on the failure of a fighter. Shu Shu looked terrible, but Bradley blames him on boredom.
Carrington won the fighting through a unanimous 12 -round decision, but it didn’t look good. He ran too much, and showed no dog in it, to the point where he was willing to fight Foot-to-foot. He had been forced to move throughout the fight to keep out by the superior puncher, Heita. The scores were 119-109. 119-109 and 120-108.
After the fighting, Carrington sounded absurd, saying, I see (featherweight champion Wbael Rafael Rafael) Espinoza in the crowd. I want to fight it. “
Top Rank isn’t going to put Carrington in with Espinoza (27-0, 23 Kos) and watch him at the mess of his career in the way Ramirez, winner of a two-time Olympic Gold Medal.
“As far as tonight’s performance I wanted to see more,” Tim Bradley told HUB TV fightsResponding to Bruce Carrington’s deficient victory over Mateus Heita last Saturday night in New York City. “If you hit a man like that at will, if so easy to land those types of punch on it, you can do a little more to try to get the referee to step in.”
Carrington couldn’t do more because it would have been cast out. Heitita had too much power for him to try and beat. When Bruce tried to step up to unload, Heita caught him with huge uppercuts that grabbed his head back.
Carrington Skills Restrictions
Bradley has not looked close enough at the Battle of Carrington last year against the featherweight competitor Sulaiman Segawa to know that he is a limited fighter. Carrington is not one of the best in 126. Segawa clearly beaten him, but he had the short end of the stick with the judges siding with the side fighter and, who had the hype behind him.
Apart from Heita, Segawa is the only other competitor that Carrington has faced during his four -year pro career. The thing is, both were peripheral competitors, not greatly rated fighters, and they still cause Carrington to fight.
“It’s all aimed at pushing Shu Shu in that direction, the direction he wants to be. He wants to be known as one of the best fighters to come out of Brownsville (New York). I do not impose any restrictions on his skills. Everyone else can impose restrictions. No, I think you’re better than what you showed, ”said Bradley.
Bruce shows all sorts of restrictions in his skills. Last night revealed he can’t stand in the pocket against a slug, move too much, and destinations to use stiff arms. It is also limited in power. Her champions did a good job of his hopping to be a big puncher, but last night he showed that he was not at Heita level in the power department.
Carrington will soon become 29 years old. It’s not going to be “one of the best fighters to come out of Brownsville. If he had that kind of talent, he would have shown it by now, and would not have struggled against the only two competitors that a top position is matched against, Heita and Segawa.
Excuse the boredom of Bradley
“Fulton? I think it would be a hell of a fight. I think he has a chance to beat (WBC featherweight champion) Stephen Fulton. Absolutely. When you get a man bored inside the ring like that (Carrington), it was too easy, but he couldn’t get the beat. He doesn’t push him,” said Tim.
The effect of Heita pressure
Boredom was not the reason why Carrington looked poor against Heita. Who does Bradley seek a child? The reason that he ran around the circle, captured, and not standing his land was fear. Carrington was worried because he Dealing with GGG -like weights Oh Heit, he never stopped coming, stalking it around the circle, and struck hard whenever he caught it.
Heita was as a hunter inside the ring, and Carrington had a look of fear. Bluff tried at times, but his movements showed that he was afraid of his welfare. Bradley does not see the reality of what happened last night.
“If you compromise it and put it in with a guy who is at the same level as it, iq-wise, and he has to dig and try to get it, I think we see a different Shu Shu. I really do.
“Tonight, he (Carrington) was supposed to shine tonight. I thought he had the perfect opponent, a hand -selected opponent in front of him (Mateus Heita). I’m being honest. He may rub him in the wrong way, but there we are. I keep it only 100 because I’m going to tell you. The fans at home they see, and they’re going to say too. That’s exactly, ”Bradley said about Carrington.
Bradley sounded like he was holding back from Carrington’s roasting last night during an ESPN broadcast of his fight against Heita. What Tim failed to see was that Shu Shu had increased, fighting the best he could, but he had no power and talent to dominate Heita.
Carrington was not comfortable with the hard shots that Heita hit with. The guy may have looked slow, but he had that Forman-esque power on his heavy shots.
You could hear the sound of Heita shots. It was a sound of Thudding, and Carrington was not ready to stand in the pocket for any length of time to endure that penalty. The cuts and right hand looping that Heita hit Shu Shu with made him antsy, were unwilling to stay in the pocket.
Carrington turned into an early rabbit, choose to move constantly and hold. That was not accident. He was self-preservation kicking in. He was trying to save his hide because he had met his power-wise fight.
