In June, Smith was behind the steering wheel during the deadly Nashville crashes that left a 77 -year -old woman. Earlier this month, Smith issued a misdemeanor for the lack of return, which led to death.
The rising countryside star moved to social media to break his silence while he was sad and saddened by the loss of Dorothy Dobins.
“Four weeks ago, I was involved in a tragic vehicle accident that led to a loss of life,” Smith formulated in Instagram on July 11.
