A South African court ruled that the Zambiya government can bring back the body of former President Edgar Lungu and despite his family, he can give him a funeral.
The Prioria High Court had ruled in favor of the state of Zambians, who had previously applied for a privately buried family plan in South Africa, where he died in June.
At that time, the state argued that personal desires should not underline the interests of the big ones.
After a long -lasting dispute between Lungu and his successor president Hakinande Hichilema, the family members of Lungu had suggested that Hichilama should not go to his funeral.
