A former diplomat, an international consultant and a married father for three years was arrested last month and was charged with sexual abuse of three children under the age of 10 in Washington, DC, according to a report.

Thomas Mahouni, 42, an Australian citizen, accused of abuse of two 7-year-old girls and an 8-year-old boy-with all three accidents in his family’s home during playing materials with his children, Washington Post mentioned.

The alleged abuse occurred in separate incidents in November 2023, February 2023, and recently in July 2025.
