The White House announced on Wednesday that they were raising an additional 25% of India’s rates, which are raising up to 50% of the total levy against the US major trade partner.
“I found that the government is currently importing the Russian Federation oil directly or indirectly,” President Donald Trump said. Executive order??
“Accordingly, and as compatible with the law that is applied, India’s articles imported into the US customs region will be subject to 25 per cent of the extra advertising rate,” said the executive order.
